1. Who we are

MAXQ Analytics B.V. ("Maxq Analytics", "we", "us") is a data engineering and analytics consultancy registered in the Netherlands (KvK 95597166, VAT NL867198461B01), with offices at De Holle Bilt 25, 3732 HM De Bilt.

We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website and in the context of our services. Questions about this policy can be directed to privacy@maxqanalytics.io.

2. What data we collect

We collect data in two ways:

  • Contact data — name, email address, and any information you voluntarily share when booking a call or reaching out to us.
  • Usage data — anonymised page view and interaction data collected via Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use this site. No cookies are set for this purpose.

We do not collect sensitive personal data and we do not use third-party advertising trackers.

3. How we use your data

  • To respond to enquiries and schedule calls (legitimate interest / contract performance)
  • To improve our website based on anonymised usage patterns (legitimate interest)
  • To fulfil legal obligations, such as invoicing and tax records

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data retention

Contact data is retained for as long as necessary to maintain the business relationship, plus a maximum of 2 years thereafter. Financial records are kept for 7 years as required by Dutch law. Anonymised analytics data has no expiry.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Request erasure ("right to be forgotten")
  • Object to or restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, autoriteitpersoonsgegevens.nl)

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@maxqanalytics.io. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Cookies

This website does not use cookies. No tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or advertising cookies are set when you visit this site.

The only third-party interaction that may set cookies is Calendly, which is loaded exclusively when you explicitly click "Schedule a call". Calendly's cookies are set on the calendly.com domain and are governed by Calendly's privacy policy.

Because no cookies are placed on your device without a direct, intentional action on your part, no cookie consent banner is required or displayed on this site.

7. Third-party services

This site uses the following sub-processors:

  • Vercel — hosting and anonymised analytics (US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Cloudflare — DNS and network security (US, EU Standard Contractual Clauses)
  • Calendly — meeting scheduling, loaded only on user request (US, SCCs)

All fonts and static assets are served directly from our own infrastructure — no third-party font or CDN requests are made when you visit this site.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
