With our projects we are all in it together as partners. Both energy wise, emotionally and financially. We need to take ownership where possible. This means thinking ahead weeks or even months in time, point out discomfortable issues and come up with alternatives to any existing consensus.
Trying out new things keeps you sharp and inspired in your domain and field of expertise. When you go on an experimental journey, share your assumptions, mistakes and learnings, so you and the people around you can benefit from your experiments.
We remain self-aware and critical about our ability to provide the expected competence. When we get stuck, no problem, we are open about it, and we don't charge for the hours and effort that we invested in domains where we did not meet our own expectations.
